What vehicles do you offer?

We have a range of vehicles to suit all your courier requirements. Please see vehicle range and capacity guide as to which vehicle will be suitable for your delivery. If you require further assistance please call 020 8443 5884.

Do you have a fuel surcharge?

No, we do not have a fuel surcharge.

Will I need an account to book with you?

No account is required.

How can I make a booking?

You can book via email, telephone, or by using our online booking form

How do I pay for my booking?

You can pay by Credit/Debit Card or Cash. If you have a business account with us you will be invoiced under our 30-day payment terms.

How can I change my booking?

Please call 020 8443 5884 to change your booking.

How can I cancel my booking?

Please call 020 8443 5884 to cancel your booking.

Will there be a charge to cancel my booking?

Once the vehicle has been dispatched there will be a cancellation charge. This will be the minimum charge dependent on the vehicle booked. Please see your tariff or speak with your account manager for further details.

Do you charge for waiting time?

We do not charge waiting time for the first 10 minutes. Thereafter, please refer to your tariff or confirm with the booking agent.

Will I be notified of any delay time?

When you book your delivery you will be notified of any current delay times. We will keep you updated should this change.

Where is my proof of delivery?

If you would like notification of proof of delivery for all jobs, this can be set up on your account. Email notification will be sent after every delivery along with a copy of delivery signature.
